www.heart-touch.org

Heart-Touch.org is now active as the home of my community interest company HeartTouch Wellbeing CIC with a goal to share the HeartTouch practices.

These have much to offer people in modern society both for general happiness and well-being, and also to avoid sliding into the mental health system through stress, anxiety, depression or trauma.

These practices also have much to offer those experiencing extreme mental health states, though I plan another website, Weathering-Storms.org to cover this teaching.

www.sensitivebeing.com

Sensitivebeing.com is the home of my mental health work.

It's aims are to support people to recover from spiritual crisis / psychosis, trauma and serious anxiety disorders, hopefully without needing to engage psychiatric services.

It also aims to provide complementary education for psychiatric clinicians.

www.china-taichi-guide.com

The China Tai Chi project aims to facilitate the process of Western students finding 'their' Tai Chi teacher in China and has been running successfully since 2005.

Apparently people call it the 'blue website' :)

This website came out of my own life, being one of the early Westerners to study Tai Chi longterm in China and the difficulty I experienced when I wanted to connect with high level teachers there. And I speak Chinese reasonably.

The website needs a revamp now, which I will do as soon as I can.

And obviously the Covid Pandemic has closed China and shut down the activity but some work is still be done online. I hope it will all open up and begin again.

Still I am proud of this work, and am well aware that I will probably never know its full legacy. Many people who travelled to China, supported by the website have returned to their home countries to set up Tai Chi schools and so the good feeling gets passed on...

My first Tai Chi teacher once told me that if you help one other person in your life, than your life has value and meaning.

Well, I'm quietly doing my best with this principle...
