Join me for an embodied mindfulness based class for people experiencing chronic stress or emotional / mental distress along with those who care for them.

Our aim is to come to a good feeling within ourselves and learn some tools to regulate our nervous systems.

This class is open to anyone experiencing chronic stress or emotional / mental distress as well as psychotherapists / mental health practitioners / clinicians, bodywork therapists, mindfulness teachers, couples & carers interested in enhancing their capacity to support others in distress. People with any psychiatric diagnosis are very welcome as are people with chronic pain & illness.

Join me for a three day, 20 hour Sei Ki HeartTouch training intensive.

Our aim is to come to a good feeling within ourselves & enhance our capacity to hold safe space for others in a way naturally suited for people who may be affected by complex trauma, whatever our personal situation.

This workshop is open to Shiatsu / Bodywork therapists and anyone else interested to explore this amazing work.

Medical Professionals are very welcome as are individuals with lived experience of anxiety, emotional pain and trauma. I may also be able to accept people with more serious trauma or a history of psychosis, but we would need to meet online and connect before deciding whether it will work or not.

Nb. The first day is open as a single day event for participants just wishing to experience an introduction to the HeartTouch emotional regulation work which Anthony is sharing for people experiencing trauma and psychosis. Fee 210CHF.

Our aim is to enhance our capacity to hold safe space for people with emotional and mental health issues of all kinds from simple anxiety and distress to PTSD and complex trauma, to acute psychosis, Bipolar and schizophrenia.

Nb. Labels are used for convenience only. We don't believe in them, but they may give some indication of our focus.

This workshop is open to Shiatsu / Bodywork therapists with an existing therapy license to carry out bodywork. Prior experience of Sei-Ki recommended.

London: From Tension to Trust: A Somatic Approach to ​Anxiety

This workshop invites you to explore anxiety not as a mental problem to solve but as a body-based experience to understand and integrate.

Through somatic practices, breath, gentle movement, and touch, we'll develop a new relationship with the body and nervous system — one rooted in safety, presence, and compassion.

An experiential training for people experiencing stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm. Therapists or practitioners seeking to deepen their body-based tools are also welcome as are people curious about somatic approaches to healing.

Thailand: Tai Chi for Well-being & Vitality

Jan 12th - Jan 22nd 2026 @ Koh Yao Noi, Thailand

You are welcome to join me for a 10 day, 20hr sunrise & sunset introduction to Small Circle Yang Style Tai Chi in an amazing setting: Koh Yao Noi, Thailand. This will be a personal scale retreat for a maximum of 4 students.

Our aim is to come to a good feeling within ourselves and take home some new skills to maintain a deeper inner balance, peace and resilience.

Anyone with a desire to learn Small Circle Tai Chi is welcome. Therapists keen to enhance their Qi sensitivity and capacity are very welcome. All my events are suitable for people facing anxiety disorders, emotional breakdown / burnout or trauma situations. This Tai Chi is a deeply nourishing rejuvenation practice and will help.
